I’VE NEVER WORKED WITH A GRAPHIC DESIGNER BEFORE - HOW DOES IT WORK?
I understand that you may not know what to expect or ask from a graphic designer. You don’t need to worry - I take a collaborative approach with my projects and I always ensure that you are happy with the direction your project is taking at every stage. Clients are always kept in the loop and up to date, when working with Clare Moore Designs. I am happy to have consultation calls or to arrange in-person meetings (where geographically possible) to discuss your project.

WHAT TYPE OF CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH?
I’m an interesting mix of designer, maker and food nerd – creative, intuitive and always hungry! I’m always eager to help both emerging and established businesses to achieve their goals through the power of design.

As someone who has been obsessed with cooking from a young age, I understand that things don’t always go to plan when you’re ‘winging it’. It takes a combination of great ingredients, experience and imagination to bake the perfect cake or preserve the perfect pickle and that is where I come in. Together, I am certain that we can clarify your design needs, business goals and dreams to produce something delectable!

WHEN CAN WE START/HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The first step is to fill out the Clare Moore Designs contact form and brief me about your project.I’ll be in touch within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to discuss your project and make sure that we’re a good fit. We can arrange a consultation call or an in-person meeting to discuss your project in person if this is preferred.

After our initial consultation, I’ll send you a Client Questionnaire with tailored questions which enable me to develop a project proposal confirming the project’s scope, estimated timeframe and fees. When you decide to proceed with the project, you’ll sign a contract and pay either a deposit or the amount in full (see Terms and Conditions). Your project will then be booked into my schedule.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I only accept payment in Australian Dollars (AUD), through direct Bank Transfer.

I WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM OR EXTRA TO YOUR PACKAGES, IS THIS OK?
Any additional or different items which you know you require will be included and quoted for in your project proposal.
If you decide to add items during the project, I will simply charge my hourly rate of $110 AUD.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
Please note that no printing/production costs are included in my packages or quotes. However I am happy to liaise with printers and assist with organising production where possible.
